Journey started in 2006 with 25000 spindle under the leadership of Mr. Ajay Satia, Chairman of the Company, who hold over three decades of rich industrial experience in paper, textile and power generation.

Today under the benevolent vision of Dr Ajay Satia and dynamic management of Mr. Dhruv Satia Managing Director of the company, T.C. has achieved several milestones and emerged as one of the leading & trusted yarn manufacturing company in India producing  cotton yarn ( carded, combed & combed compact, open end), polyester yarn, cotton-polyester yarn count ranging from NE 10 to NE 60.

Company is also having Open end yarn and Sewing thread state of art manufacturing facility. Over the years number of modernization-cum-expansion schemes were undertaken and presently having the 82,000 spindle in operations.

The company rests its pride on the state-of-art infrastructure that is fully incorporated with the most urbane machinery required for the production of the sophisticated Cotton Yarn, Polyester Yarn and Spun Sewing Thread. The four manufacturing units are equipped complete in house facility for testing labs for quality testing the products for shipment.

The Plant is located on Chandigarh – Ambala Road at Lalru , Punjab  and near the cotton growing belt of Northern India. The annual sales turnover of company is 4000 Million INR.

Our Projects
    Project Completed :

•     4 MW Solar Plant Setup in 2018
•     Capacity Enhancement 2021  – Fully automated ring     spinning (Unit 2) with capacity of 36000 Spindle.
•     SAP S4 HANA  Implementation in February2022

    Upcoming Project :

•     Unit 3 : Another expansion of  22000 spindle is in pipeline.
